HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

All UK orders: free

EU and international orders over £150: free


Delivery to the EU (purchases under £150): £15.00


Delivery to Rest of World (purchases under £150): £20.00

HOW AND WHEN WILL MY PURCHASES BE DELIVERED?

We normally ship with Royal Mail within three working days . We will contact you if there is a delay or problem with your order. During busy periods, such as the festive season, please allow extra time for postage delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

 

If wish to make a return for a refund or exchange, please make sure any garment is unworn, in its original condition (including with any labels still attached), placed back in its protective packaging and returned within 14 days of the invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe, excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World). We cannot accept returns of garments that are dirty or damaged - this includes odour, for example of perfume, cooking or smoke.

WHAT IF THE GOODS ARE FAULTY?

All garments are inspected by us prior to shipping but if your garment arrives faulty, incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately and we will provide detailed return instructions. We typically require that you return the item to us using a recorded and insured service. We will replace the item or refund the cost of the item plus your postage fee.

 
HOW DO I RETURN GOODS IF i DO NOT LIKE THEM OR REQUIRE A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Please contact us at hello@herocashmere.com for address details. You, the customer, are responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be placed back into their original packaging, unworn, in their original condition (including with any labels still attached). We recommend that you send the items using Royal Mail recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any item that does not arrive back to us. You can let us know if you require a refund or an exchange. Exchanges are subject to available stock.
